The rules that apply to playing Fantasy Blitz during the private beta.
Draft, not legal advice. Fantasy Blitz is a private beta run for invited friends. This document describes what the product does today, in plain language. It has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and will be replaced before the service is offered beyond that group. Questions go to the commissioner who invited you.
Fantasy Blitz is a fantasy football game played among people who already know each other. A commissioner creates a league, invites managers with a code, and the league drafts, sets lineups, trades, and scores a season against real NFL statistics.
The game adds Power-Ups: cards a manager picks before the week's games begin. They change how that week scores. They are not live actions taken during a game.
The service is a private beta offered free of charge. It is provided as it is, without any warranty, and it may change or stop at any time.
You need an account to play. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell your commissioner if you believe someone else has used your account.
One person, one account. Do not create an account for someone else or share yours with another manager in your league.
You may close your account at any time by asking your commissioner, who can remove you from the league and delete your data.
The game only works if every manager plays the same game. You agree not to:
A commissioner runs their own league and may remove a manager from it. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Fantasy Blitz does not take entry fees, hold stakes, or pay prizes. Nothing here is a betting or gambling service. Whatever a league does among its own members is that league's business and not ours.
Player names, teams, schedules, and statistics come from public sources, chiefly nflverse and Sleeper. We do not own that data and we do not guarantee it is complete, current, or correct.
Scores can change after a week is scored if a source corrects a statistic. A commissioner decides how their league handles a correction.
Fantasy Blitz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any NFL club, or any data provider.
You keep whatever you create: your team name, your avatar, your messages. You give us permission to store and display it inside the service so your league can see it.
This is a free game among friends. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, a missed lineup, a scoring error, downtime, or anything else that follows from using the service.
We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and continuing to play after that means the new terms apply.
For anything about these terms, or about a league you are in, contact the commissioner who invited you.
